The Jump Club

Dive deeper into Jump City, our culture, and enroll in our training programs that will develop muscle and mindset beyond the game.

Jump City's purpose is to create strong athletes with goals by building confidence, competence, and leadership qualities. On and off the court, Jump City Volleyball athletes strive for success.

Clinics (Intermediate - Advanced)

Ages 14-18

Performance training focused on high-level competition and elite skill execution within structured group training offering lots of reps and high-intensity drills.

2 days/WEEK

Clinics (Beginner)

For ages 7-13

Emphasis on core volleyball techniques and targeted teamwork strategies within structured group training.

Conditioning Program

Ages 13-17

Training that exercises agility, strength, and athletic techniques to support volleyball essential skills such as vertical, speed, and flexibility.
Saturday mornings

Private Training

Enhance player-specific technique and volleyball IQ.

Personalized training, focused reps, and effective feedback.

1-2 hour sessions

Flexible availability

Private Group Training

Private group training for 2–4 athletes, grouped by request or skill evaluation, delivers a fun, small-group environment while maintaining the focused, personalized concepts of 1-on-1 training.
